Bonni Stachowiak

Maximizing human potential

Bonni Stachowiak is an assistant professor in the School of Business and Management for Vanguard University of Southern California, where she teaches courses in business, marketing, leadership, and human resources. She is also the president and founder of Innovate Learning.

Bonni has over 15 years of business experience and prior to transitioning to academic roles and consulting opportunities, she held executive positions in human resources and learning for franchise and education organizations. She has partnered with and advised non-profit and for-profit organizations, developing ways to maximize human performance.

Bonni has a MA in organizational leadership from Chapman University and is completing her doctorate in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University. She is on the board of directors for Vanguard’s Center for Women’s Studies and is the faculty advisor for Vanguard University’s chapter of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE).

Qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the DiSC instrument, and other personality and career inventories, Bonni enjoys helping people achieve their potential and bring true passion and competence to their professional roles.
